Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Order timeline
- Order placed. After checkout, we email you instructions for sending your dog’s photo.
- Design. We email your design preview within 1-2 business days of receiving your photo and details.
- Approval. You review your design (2 free revisions are included) and approve it.
- Production. After approval, production typically takes less than 1 business day. This is an average, not a guarantee, and may take longer during busy periods.
- Shipping. Your order ships and we email you tracking details.
Shipping methods and delivery time
Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout for each shipping method:
- Standard: approx. 4-10 business days
- Economy: approx. 6-13 business days
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons such as the holidays can affect delivery.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email you tracking details.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to update it, email hello@pawtraitapparel.store as soon as possible. We can update it only if your order hasn’t entered production or shipped. If a package can’t be delivered because of an incorrect address, we’ll contact you about options, such as reshipping at an additional cost or a partial refund.
Customs and taxes
Because we ship within the United States only, no customs fees or import duties apply.
Delayed or lost packages
If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, or your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, contact us with your order number and we’ll help look into it.
